Host: Laureli Shimayo Phone: 7203522434

Cost: Free

We meet monthly to get to know each other and socialize, share a bit about who we are and what we do, and learn from each other. Different members share in depth each time.

The goal of the presentations is to teach each other useful tools to grow ourselves, expand our practices, and add valuable resources for our clients. This group is free and intended to be social and educational, not specifically for marketing and networking. If you have a question of whether your work is a good fit, feel free to reach out.

Embracing our Shame to Restore our Feminine Creation: During this gathering, Sharon Ann Rose will share gems from her journey and support others to engage with their deepest shame through the practices of Feminine Alchemy. By working with our vulnerability and descending into our bodies, hearts, and humanity, inner power is naturally revealed and restored. Participants tangibly experience their richest gifts and priceless power, which organically creates a liberated foundation for working with others in these transformative times. Sharon is a Shamanic Priestess and Feminine Wisdom Guide. Through her intimate work with the Soulful Feminine, she discovered an evolutionary wisdom resting within the hearts, desires and stories of women. Accessing the deeper resistance, shame, self-doubt and past wounding present in these passages led her to value the treasures we fear, distrust and protect contained in our Feminine essence which propel us into our intimate connection with the source of our unified creative power. Learn more at

Heal and Grow with Body-Centered Play: Come experience the healing power of play blended with a contemplative approach.  Amy Baker will offer a taste of her experiential work, facilitating a process of playing with tools to access your intuition and receive guidance from your body. Amy creates opportunities to explore creativity, mindfulness, and play as a path to a more direct experience of present reality and of life. She creates a place to blend art-making, collaborative play, spirituality, and improvisation into your unique path of recovery, healing, and growth. When these ingredients are mixed together, surprising breakthroughs happen. Amy Baker, M.A. is an expressive arts therapist, writer, and artist. A facilitator of body-centered playshops, she assists individuals and groups in developing a flexible and creative mindset in the face of life’s challenges. Playshop topics range from disaster preparedness, to befriending the inner critic, to identifying and bringing out each of our deepest gifts to the world. She is also a transformational breathwork coach, and has studied body-centered practices including Hakomi and Focusing.
