Body Movements for the Big Energy of Anger

Experiencing Anger, one of the basic 5 feelings, is actually healthy. Aggression and fear of Anger are the problems. In this class, we’ll explore the differences between Aggression, Fight (from Fear), and Anger and practice feeling and being with healthy anger in friendly ways.
Healthy anger empowers our boundaries, our ability to know and express what we have that we don’t want (say no) and what we want that we don’t have (make requests). We’ll also explore Shame, a version of Anger turned in.
Anger can be big energy. I’ll teach you tricks for how to move your body and play with the energy of Anger so that you can easily be with it, flow with it, receive and express it, and when you get savvy, even transform it into play and creative expression.
